<The Mermaid Besides the Backwater>is another bold vanward experiment of Men Jinghui Theatre Studio,as well as the first trial of immersive theatre in China. 

E-GO used the design of ‘multimedia prying wall’ to make the holes on the wall as view windows so that the audience were able to watch the theatre freely moving around.Surreal theatric elements,metaphorical scene and symbolic details….the audiences wandered through reality and fantasy and deeply immersed into dreamy artistic atmosphere.
